Laughlin 03/25&26/11

Two airplanes and six people made the trip to Laughlin Friday morning March 26th.  The attendees were: Keith and Margaret Monet, Jim and Gert Little and Dewey and Sandy Harnagel.

We arrived at the Bullhead City, AZ airport a little before 10:00 AM Friday morning then called for the Riverside shuttle to take us across the river to the hotel.  Fortunately one of the rooms was ready so we all stowed our luggage in that room, then headed for the cafe for brunch.

After brunch, we were able to check into our rooms, then we split up and the girls visited all the shops in hotel while the guys visited the classic car museum.  Of course as we passed through the casino we occasionally had to stop and try our luck

and as you can see by the picture below we all came away winners.

Actually we won the Rolls Royce below but alas no one was willing to give up flying home in order drive the Rolls home so we had to leave it.

We had a great dinner that evening in the Prim Rib Room.  After hitting the casino for a bit longer, we all gathered in Sandy and Dewey's room for a gabfest.  On Saturday morning we met at the breakfast buffet.

Dewey and Sandy stayed an extra night to celebrate their 39th anniversary but the rest departed after breakfast to return to the hum drum life in the valley.  If you didn't go, you missed out on a great time.  (More pictures below)
